Over the next couple weeks, each of my posts will be one. Over the past year, I have been writing and meditating on Exodus 17:8-16 and Psalm 60:1-12. In these passages, God is given the name, Yahweh Nissi or The Lord is my Banner. The imagery of this designation is beautiful and profound, as one would expect of any name or description given to our Almighty King. God prompted my heart to flesh this mediation out in the format of a short story. What follows over the next couple weeks is that story. I will post a chapter at at time. As you read them, prayerfully consider the great person of our God and stand in Awe of Him. For He is truly glorious and worthy of all praise!
