God’s Everlasting Love
What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son but gave him up for us all, how will he not also with him graciously give us all things? Who shall bring any charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies. Who is to condemn? Christ Jesus is the one who died—more than that, who was raised—who is at the right hand of God, who indeed is interceding for us.
Romans 8:31-34

Abba,

Your past grace, shown through Christ on the cross, proves that You are for me now.

Your past grace proves You will be for me in the future.

Your past grace ensures me that I have no reason to doubt that You will show up when I need You; which is every moment of every day.

Your past grace is all the proof I need to stand fast in the storm.

Your past grace is all the assurance I need that my greatest good, my choicest possession is found in You.

Your past grace is all the confidence I need to face uncertainty.

Your past grace is all the strength I need to live self-controlled and righteousness in this life.

BECAUSE Your past grace is true, I can live WITH CONFIDENCE in present and future grace.

What good will You withhold from me after having already given me the hardest thing You had to give?  What good will You withhold from me after giving me the most precious thing You had to give?

Your past grace is the foundation upon I can depend for present and future grace.  Truly, what have I to fear that I will not have what I need, when I need it?   Your answer is YES in Jesus, every time.  (2 Corinthains 1:20)
